Day 7. Sunday Meal Plan

Breakfast

  • Eggs
  • 1-2 per serving for women / 2-3 per serving for men
  • serving: soft-boiled, sunny side up with runny yolk, eggs Benedict
  • 1 crispbread with butter and herring caviar, with radish, dill or basil, sun-dried black or green olives on the side.
  • Dessert
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 piece coconut meat

Lunch

  • 1 serving grilled/baked salmon or cod (or any other fish) 
  • Chopped salad
  • daikon, spinach, cucumber, young cabbage, dill with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. 
  • 1 serving sliced / mashed sweet potato / Jerusalem artichoke / parsley root with goat cheese. 
  • Dessert

1 tbsp marmalade

Dinner

  • 1 to 2 cups Nicoise salad
  • ½ cup tinned tuna in brine / 120 g steak
