- serving: soft-boiled, sunny side up with runny yolk, eggs Benedict
- 1 crispbread with butter and herring caviar, with radish, dill or basil, sun-dried black or green olives on the side.
- Dessert
- 1/2 cup of blueberries or strawberries
- 1 piece coconut meat
Lunch
- 1 serving grilled/baked salmon or cod (or any other fish)
- Chopped salad
- daikon, spinach, cucumber, young cabbage, dill with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
- 1 serving sliced / mashed sweet potato / Jerusalem artichoke / parsley root with goat cheese.
- Dessert
1 tbsp marmalade
Dinner
- 1 to 2 cups Nicoise salad
- ½ cup tinned tuna in brine / 120 g steak
